Before your portrait is printed and dispatched, you will receive a final proof for approval.
You must confirm in writing (via email or message) that you are fully happy with the final design. 🖌️✨
Once written approval is given:

Your portrait will move into production immediately.

No further edits, cancellations, or refunds will be possible.
📦 Damaged Items
In the rare case your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item, with clear photos of the damage.
We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement if needed.
